If we could count on a vaccine that prevented in them against the virus of the affection, we would have a concern to less. Unhappyly this reality is not possible until then, in view of the proper characteristics of the virus. The sprouting of some problems delays the process of discovery of the vaccine, between it has: the virus affection does not reach high inoculated headings when in mice, in culture of accepted cells for vaccine production, thus eliminating the possibility of production in inactivated vaccine mass. Another problem is that great part of this trabelho if has concentrated in the vaccine production of virus attenuated for the four types of affection, due to hypothesis of the increase of the infection, mediated for the immune system. The efficient vaccine for combat of the virus affection, has the necessity of being tetravalente. After to have recognized that the vaccine is the more efficient way cheapest and of all the modern medical interventions, the World-wide Organization of Sade (OMS) established a program of study in Thailand.
